This policy explains what information Believe in Hair collects when you visit believeinhair.com or place an order, and how it is used.
What we collect

- Messages you send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
- Order lookups: the order number and email address you enter to check an order’s status.
- Technical data: cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type).
Payments
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay payments are processed by Square. Your full card details go directly to Square and are never stored on our website. Square’s own privacy notice applies to the payment.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including exchanges.
- To answer your messages and questions.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the website secure.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store, such as our payment processor, shipping carriers and website host.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Contact-form messages are kept while we handle your request. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout need them to work.
