After your package has been scanned by the carrier, your estimated delivery time begins. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
3–5 business days – for orders where stock is available in our atlanta warehouse
5–14 business days – for standard shipping zones
7–21 business days for products that originate from international countries (Thailand, Vietnam, and India). Products that are custom made will automatically take between 7-21 business days. Products that are in heavy demand such as popular bundle deals and discounted wigs will also have this shipping option due to surge orders. (Please contact customer if your item has been delayed past 21 days, store credits and refunds are available. In the event that you file a chargeback refunds can take up to 72 days from charge back submission. We highly encourage you to request refund before chargebacks.
Damages and shipping carrier issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for your order if the shipping carrier has lost your package. Any lost/stolen packages weather from shipping carrier or outside source of any kind cannot be subject to replacements, refunds, or charge backs.
